The Moolah and Lasso Savings accounts are especially designed for helping kids like you develop good savings and spending habits.

Once you open an account with as little as $25, you’ll receive a Kids County Saver Card and a special prize. There is never a monthly service fee on the account. Your account will begin earning the same dividend rates as the Regular Share account once the balance reaches $100.

• Each time you make a deposit, you will receive 2 stamps to your Kids County Saver Card
• If just your parent or guardian makes the deposit, you’ll receive 1 stamp.
• 10 stamps = a filled card. Filled cards are turned in for a drawing held every 3 months for a $50 Visa Gift Card!

Moolah Kids “My Firsts” Club

• Have mom or dad send in a picture of your first tooth, first haircut, first smile, or any other “first” and you’ll get 2 extra stamps to your saver card. Email all photos to apowell@tccu-tx.com. One entry per quarter.
• Your name will be mentioned in the following quarterly Kids County Newsletter

Lasso’s Honor Roll Club

• Have mom or dad send in a copy of your A/B Honor Roll Report Card, and you’ll get 2 extra stamps to your saver card. One entry per quarter.

Moolah and Lasso Certificates of Deposit

Another great way to save money is our Youth Certificates of Deposit. Open one with as little as $500 minimum and choose a 6 or 12 month term.

Kids County Automatic Transfers

This feature is for those of you that receive an allowance but can’t make it in to the credit union, or if your parent or guardian wants to make automatic transfers every month to your account. Your parent or guardian may sign an authorization to make automatic transfers into your account, so your balance keeps growing and growing!
