Access 24: The 24-Hour Telephone Teller

You now have telephone access to your TCCU accounts 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, including holidays.

With Access 24, you can:

  • Inquire about cleared checks;
  • Check on deposits and withdrawals;
  • Check your share and loan balances;
  • Make check withdrawals;
  • Transfer funds between accounts;
  • Make loan payments;
  • Request tax information;
  • Make advances on Line of Credit Loans.

Access 24 is Easy to Use!

All you need is the following:

  • Your account number is listed on your statement.
  • Your personal identification number (PIN); your PIN is assigned by the credit union and can be request by completing the Access 24 Application.
  • A touch-tone telephone.

Using Access 24:

  1. Call the special Access 24 telephone number, 817-884-1470, Press 9.
  2. Enter your account number followed by the # key on your touch-tone phone.
  3. Enter your four-digit PIN followed by the # key.
  4. Enter a transaction code followed by the # key.
  5. To end your session, simply hang up or enter 99#.

Note: See the Account Suffix Conversion Table for the number that corresponds to your suffix.

Things to Remember:

  • The # key must be pressed to conclude each entry.
  • Pressing ** will erase the last instruction you entered.
  • Enter the exact amount for each transaction, including dollar and cents. For example, to enter $100.00 press, 10000#.
  • Pressing *# will repeat the last message.
  • You may key ahead at anytime during the session. You do not need to wait for the voice prompt.
  • To end the call, press 99#.
  • Requests for withdrawals are restricted to Share Savings Accounts, Money Market  Access Accounts, and Checking Accounts. A check will be mailed the first business day following the request.

Identifying Your Accounts:

The letter or number assigned to each of your account types is called a suffix, and can be found on the upper left hand side of your statement. See the Account Suffix Conversion Table for a list of corresponding numbers to use.

Note: To transfer to another account number, press 6 before you enter the transaction code. You must also be a joint owner on that account.
