If you're 18 years of age or older, have had your account opened for at least 90 days and have maintained your account in good standing, TCCU will automatically provide you with an added layer of protection against overdrafts - up to $500!

With TCCU's Overdraft Advance service, we will automatically cover an overdraft on your account, up to $500, and save you the embarrassment and hassles of a returned item. There is no additional cost to you for this service and no application to sign. You will still be charged the $25 non-sufficient funds fee each time you access your Overdraft Advance balance, but your item will be paid and you will avoid the expensive merchant NSF fees, while protecting your credit rating.

Your existing overdraft protection from your savings account or overdraft loan will remain in place; Overdraft Advance simply gives you an added layer of protection. Once activated, you have 30 days to bring your account current to maintain this service and avoid collection procedures.
