FULL TIME TELLER POSITIONS (2)

Must have cash handling experience; teller experience preferred.  

Duties include:

•  Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, wire transfers, ticket sales, money order sales, and providing telephone support.
• Responsible for cash vault, orders cash shipments from the Federal Reserve, balances vault, and fills teller change funds.
• Arranges shipment of coins to the Federal Reserve.
• Maintains, issues and balances individual supply of  money orders, travelers checks, gift checks, teller checks; ordering and receiving from vault.
• Assists existing members with account changes and maintenance, including address changes, adding/removing joint members, POD changes, account number changes, security messages and account holds, etc.
• Directs incoming calls and members to appropriate staff members.
• Maintains various spreadsheets for Data Processing and Accounting Departments.
•  ASSISTS WITH MEMBER SERVICE AS FOLLOWS: 
• Assists potential members by verifying eligibility and establishing savings and/or checking accounts with the credit union, Cross-sells various services available through the credit union. 
•  Assists existing members with account changes and maintenance, including address changes, adding/removing joint members, account number changes, security messages, and account holds, etc.
• Assists members with ATM applications, including changing and updating information on existing accounts, reissuing ATM cards, and information regarding transactions. 
• Assists members with debit card applications. 
• Assists members with execution of forgery affidavits and explains the process. 
• Receives and processes check orders.
